 Return Policy:

Due to the nature of our product line, some items may be used once, and no longer needed.

For this reason ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

Please choose your equipment carefully. We only accept the return of goods on the basis of faults which we will repair/replace. We only accept cancellations on equipment that has not yet been put into freight or not yet put on order from our suppliers.

Any defective device must be reported immediately, within five ( 5 ) business days.
We will replace or repair all faulty devices, at our option providing there is no evidence of customer misuse, or alteration. Because most of our devices are highly sofisticated electronic products, may be the repair of such devices during the Waranty (in most cases), are not possible to be fixed in our company and may be needed to be shipped to the factory, (with our own expenses of course). 

Warranty:
We guarantee all products to be free of defects in workmanship and material for 365 days after sale to customer. We will replace or repair, at our option, any defective device providing there is no evidence of customer misuse, or alteration.
